Boecia Talent ("we") is a recruitment agency connecting professionals in Latin America with companies in the United States.

What we collect

When you apply we collect the information you give us: your name, contact details, location, professional profile, salary expectations and CV.

Why

To evaluate your profile for the job you applied to and for similar opportunities, to contact you, and, with your profile, to present you to hiring companies.

Who sees it

Our recruiting team. When we present you for a role, the hiring company sees your professional profile and CV. We don't sell your data.

How long

Up to 2 years after your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete it earlier.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to us. This includes your rights under Law 1581 of 2012 (habeas data).
